BRITANNIA PROJECT HACKNEY
Inner city mixed use scheme.

 

The Britannia project delivered a state-of-the -art new leisure centre. It will also provide a new secondary school for 1,100 students, and 81 new homes for council housing and shared ownership. These will be located in and around the area where the old leisure centre stood.

UPPER SWALLICK BASINGSTOKE
New 2500 home garden village.

 

Upper Swallick Garden Village will be a sustainable new community with a strong and clearly defined village character. The new Garden Village will maximise the opportunities presented by its attractive rural setting in a sensitive and positive manner, and create a high quality environment for residents with high quality characterful architecture and generous green spaces.

SOAPWORKS BRISTOL
new business and residential hub in Bristol's industrial heartland.

 

Soapworks comprises 180,000 sq ft of flexible workspace to meet demand in Bristol, especially as corporates shift to a hub and spoke office model and increase their footprint in key regional cities. In addition, 243 new Build-to-Rent homes (with 20% affordable) and additional space for independent retail and a vibrant food and drink offer, including Bristol’s first purpose-built food hall.

BOURNES GREEN CHASE ESSEX
New community in Southend-on-Sea.

 

Bournes Green deliver 2,000 new homes supported by infrastructure for the benefit of existing and new residents including a new park, a new health centre, two form entry primary school, community and events space, shops, a café and flexible commercial space, ecology and biodiversity enhancement and transport improvements, new cycling and footpath links.

LEWISHAM RETAIL PARK
Landmark urban transformation.

 

Redevelopment of the brownfield site to be reimagined into a lively neighbourhood defined by innovative living typologies, new public realm and a rich mix of ground-floor uses. The masterplan blends 385 build-to-rent homes, 682 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) bedspaces and 383 co-living dwellings across five buildings. .
