Programming

 

​Our programming is based on years of delivery experience and detailed analysis of subject scope. We use Asta Power Project to create master, design, pre-construction, delivery, commissioning and short term programmes. Progress monitoring at regular intervals provides independant delay and early warning analysis.

Planning Applications 

 

​We have provided many documents that have supported planning applications including programmes, vehicle forecast, material and waste quantities, logistics plans, sequence diagrams and CMP/CEMP/CLT reports. We often work with environmental  consultants to assist  with the construction elements of Environmental Statements.

We have experience of the expectations of all London and regional councils as well as TfL and the Highway Agency - this facilitates the smooth approval of documentation.

Pre-Construction

 

​We can provide key deliverables to implement projects of any scale. From logistics layouts to sequencing diagrams, execution plans to risk registers, programmes to method statements and procurement strategies to detailed scope of works; we have the relevant experience to convert a scheme from concept to site mobilisation.
