Delivery Strategy

 

​We can develop a phasing strategy and programme that specifies when a development can start, it's duration and what the phased completions look like. We produce phased logistics plans that determine how the traffic will be managed and identify where capital expenditure on infrastructure is necessary. For residential estates we can highlight how each parcel is phased and extract a handover profile of units to demonstrate a balanced profile of vehicles and resources and to inform the sales trajectory.

Environmental Statements 

 

​We work closely with environmental consultants to assist with the production of construction related data. We have the experience to draft those elements of the ES that address the build elements of a scheme. Typically, we will provide a description of the works, a programme, phasing, excavation quantities, construction material quantities, waste quantities, weekly vehicle quantities divided into types, plant/equipment schedule and logistics diagrams.

Planning Conditions

 

​Planning conditions will normally call for construction related documentation that may be required before contractors are appointed. We can draft these in a manner that satisfies the LPA whilst avoiding being unnecessarily prescriptive for the developer and/or landowner. We have proven contents for environmental and ecological matters and for nuisance avoidance for local roads and residential receptors.
